We provide vehicle repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services in the United Kingdom.
Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time and may change if additional issues are found once work begins.
All bookings are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if incorrect details are provided or if the requested work is outside our service scope.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment by cash, debit/credit card, or other approved methods.
Parts remain our property until full payment is received.
If payment is not made on time, we reserve the right to retain the vehicle or charge late payment fees where appropriate.
We use quality parts that meet or exceed manufacturer standards.
Warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or continued use after a fault is detected
Work carried out or parts fitted by another garage
Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase for any warranty claim.
You must provide accurate information about your vehicle and its condition.
You are responsible for removing personal items from the vehicle before work begins.
We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
We take care to ensure all work is completed to a high standard. However:
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss (e.g., loss of income, inconvenience, or business interruption).
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We make every effort to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content is error-free.
You must not misuse the website, introduce viruses, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
We may cancel a booking or refuse service if:
The vehicle is unsafe to work on
Payment is not made as agreed
There is abusive or unreasonable behaviour toward staff
External factors (e.g., supply issues, illness, or weather) prevent us from completing the job safely
If we cancel a booking, you’ll be notified as soon as possible and offered a rescheduled appointment or a refund if applicable.
