Joe has been my car mechanic for years and always done a brilliant job! I’ve recently taken my car to Law-Fix and the service was 10/10.My car was picked up first thing in the morning, all the work was completed by early afternoon and dropped straight back to my house. Fantastic service. Joe kept me up to date on the work that needed to be done and checked if I was happy to go ahead.

Joe serviced my car fitted new tyres and fitted a new windscreen wiper and when I received the bill I was pleasantly surprised that the bill was so cheap, the service I received was second to none so I have no hesitation in recommending him
Law-Fix has recently opened up on the street opposite my mother’s house. She has had problems with mechanics before but Joe and the team have been outstanding. They are open and honest, and explained everything in a way she can understand. It has given her peace of mind having them just across the road. They are an excellent addition to the community and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable mechanics!

I’ve always used the same man who owns this garage, Joe is a very trust worthy person, the service he provides is first class in every way and his prices are more than competitive, he also offers a pick up and drop off service which is included in his prices, (very convenient if you don’t own a second vehicle to get your car there and pick you up) very happy with the results on the cars and Van’s he’s been given to service, M.O.T and repair over the year’s, you honestly couldn’t ask for a better service off a business run by one of the most honest people I’ve ever met, 5 star service from a 5 star guy👍

It is not easy to find an honest and reliable garage these days, but Joey at Law fix is the real deal.
I had an oil change and brake pads done, and the service was fantastic—friendly, professional, and everything was completed in just a couple of hours. I was also sent a video of what repair was needed and what repair was done.

What a garage amazing hardworking people on the ball and always giving updates
Never had such stellar customer service from a garage – Joe communicates throughout the day on the job’s progress, sends video updates of the car explaining what he’s doing and patiently answers flurries of questions. My housemate who notoriously doesn’t drive was there when I was catching up on the video updates and said “I’m going to get a car just so I can bring it to him”.
Great place and Joe is brilliant. Gave in my Audi A7 (V6) for a coolant issue, replaced the water pump and did a full engine service after. Joe was great, very transparent on pricing and constantly sent videos of each work being undertaken and the parts etc. Felt like I can trust this brother fully. Will recommend and be back for MOT soon.

I was recommended Law-Fix by a friend when I was having issues with my car’s air conditioning, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
From the moment I first called Joe to the completion of the work, he was incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. His customer service is absolutely top-notch and easily among the best I’ve experienced.
During our first conversation, Joe took the time to explain the possible causes of the issue I was experiencing and the different approaches they could take to diagnose and fix it. When I brought the car into the garage, he once again walked me through exactly what they were going to do, explaining everything in detail in a friendly, approachable manner that immediately put me at ease.
Throughout the repair process, Joe kept me updated on the progress, which I greatly appreciated. I had actually experienced this same issue before, and Joe was able to explain what may have been done incorrectly during the previous repair, giving me confidence that the problem was being properly addressed this time.

1st service at Law-Fix today for my mini hatch. Did a full service which cost £200 plus vat. Very accommodating and explained all he did and even sent a whatsapp video showing tyres all round as id asked him to check for me. Lovely guy. Highly recommend. Will go back for sure.
I messed up date of my MOT and Joe squeezed me in 2 days later. What an ace. I love that he collects car and drops it back and lets me know what’s happening and discusses options. He is punctual, presentable and really personable. He was recommended to me by my brother in law and now my family also use him. What a trustworthy mechanic and all round good guy. Would recommend highly.
I booked my Jaguar F-Pace in for a service and I found Joe to be professional from start to finish. He got to work on the car immediately and sent me a detailed video of everything that needed doing ie. replacement of brake discs/pads, filter, oil etc. He also sent me a clear figure of cost before starting so there were no hidden extras. Later, I received and updated recording showing all the works completed. The car was then ready to be picked up on time.
Joe is friendly and honest with a nice demeanour and I would highly recommend! Thank you.

Mini Cooper went in with what I thought was one issue but actually turned out to be quite a fair bit more… despite the work being far more than I had originally thought Joe was super quick and efficient and diagnosed and fixed all issues. He even sent across a video when the car was up on the ramp, talking us through the problems and showing us so we had an understanding of what was going on.
Joe was super friendly and very professional, especially as a young woman it’s never a task I look forward to going to a garage…but Joe was really lovely and made the whole thing very straight forward.
My mother in law works at a local school and had mentioned his garage after taking kids there for a show and tell day as he was wonderful to the children too. Top guy and I would recommend his garage to anyone! Diolch 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
